TeenHealthFX is curious as to why you are so interested in this. Many couples research methods to bond with a newly adopted baby through breast-feeding, so there is some information available. However, TeenHealthFX.com is really not the best place to discuss pregnancy and lactation issues, that is more for a healthy pregnancy and newborn website.
In fact, FX is concerned that you are not bonding with a new baby, but instead are interested in ways to make your breast larger (evident by the 2nd part of your question). If this is the case, FX does not recommend that you stimulate lactation to increase your breast size. This just isn't wise. In regards to larger breasts through milk production, the breasts will enlarge in order to accommodate milk, but this may be a short-term effect that can leave stretch marks, sagging, or lopsided breasts following the completion of breast feeding. This is not an effective way to enlarge the breasts for cosmetic reasons.
For more information about milk production and increasing your breast size, FX suggests that you speak with your physician. If you do not have a physician, call your local teen health center, Planned Parenthood or in northern NJ, the Adolescent/Young Adult Center for Health at (973) 971- 6475.
