One day when I was reading at school in the cafe, I looked up and the first thing I saw in the kitchen (it was dark in the kitchen because the school cooks had gone home) was what looked like a person hanging by a rope. Every time I looked up and looked in there I saw the same thing. I didn’t even have people hanging by ropes on my mind!! It just kept showing up! Then the next day at school when I was leaving science class I thought I had seen a large outline of a skull! Then that night I could have sworn that I saw someone looking at me through the kitchen window. Am I going crazy? Please help me! I don’t know what to do and now I’m becoming paranoid!
Signed,
What’s happening to me?
