Dear How Can You Make Your Breasts The Same Size?,

TeenHealthFX would like to start by reassuring you that having breasts that are different sizes is completely normal – especially as they develop during puberty. There are actually other body parts that are not always the same size. For example, many people have one foot that is slightly bigger than the other. Again, this is normal.

Some young women may worry something is medically wrong with them if their breasts do look exactly alike, while others may not like the aesthetics of it. But exercises, supplements and diets won’t do anything to change the shape or size of your breasts. So the best thing to do is know that this is normal and to work on accepting the uniqueness and beauty of all your body parts!

If you continue to have questions or concerns, FX recommends you speak to your primary care physician, adolescent medicine specialist or gynecologist about it. If you don't have a doctor and live in northern New Jersey, you can call the Adolescent/Young Adult Center for Health at 973-971-5199 for an appointment with an adolescent medicine specialist or contact your local teen health center or Planned Parenthood. You can also contact your insurance company for a list of in-network providers.
