Advice From Teens Protecting Yourself Against the Sun
  1. Use a daily face moisturizer with SPF of 30.
  2. Use a chapstick with SPF.
  3. Apply sunscreen about 20 minutes before going out into the sun.
  4. Know your skin type and family history. Certain skin colors/types are more prone to developing skin cancer.
  5. Use SPF 30 or higher.
  6. If outside wear a hat/visor/sunglasses to protect your eyes and face.
