Dear TeenHealthFX,
I dunno why but I am a 17-year-old male and attracted to feet. Mostly girls feet but also some select feet of guys my age or younger. Is that normal? Would people think I'm weird if I pursued this?

What you have described is commonly referred to as foot fetish. A fetish is a fixation on an inanimate object or body part that is not primarily sexual in nature. There is a compulsive need to use the object in order to gain sexual gratification.
A foot fetish is one of the more common fetishes. There are many males, like yourself who find women's feet extremely arousing. As long as your partner gives her permission then she will not mind if you worship her feet. In fact, many women enjoy having their feet massaged.
If you reveal that you have such a fetish too early in the relationship, you may turn your partner off. She may feel that you care more about a certain part of her body, than who she is.
Some people may find your sexual fixation unusual and make negative comments. As long as both partners are agreeable and no one is getting hurt, then you have nothing to worry about.
