This boy said he wants to rape me and I don't want to call the police or tell my parents, I have told my best friend but I still fell unsafe. How do I deal with this?

What this boy said to you is completely inappropriate and against the law. TeenHealthFX thinks that it is important that you tell your parents what has happened. The fact that you feel unsafe indicates that some type of intervention is warranted. Your parents could talk with this boy's parents about what has transpired or inform the school. It is extremely important that this young man learn how inappropriate his comments were. If even he said it as a joke, he has to comprehend that his comments made you feel "unsafe" and there is nothing humorous about that.
Should he make the same comment again then you should report the matter directly to the police.
