Stretch Marks And Such / Question

Dear TeenHealthFX,
My daughter has unsightly stretch marks on the back of her legs so she cannot wear anything short. She is 12 years old and is not over weight, she was a preemie. The marks have been there for 6 months and are causing her great anxiety; they are right behind her knees so her legs are covered all the time. Please advise.
