Ear, Nose And Throat / Question

Dear TeenHealthFX,
I have this problem where my ears started to hurt really bad then my head starts to hurt and when this starts to happen everything goes black for some seconds. I hate it; it has been going on for like two weeks now. When it stops my head still hurts and my back starts to hurt. WHAT'S WRONG WITH ME?
