Penis Size / Question

Dear TeenHealthFX,
I'm a 14 year old. My penis is 3 inches none erect and 5 1/3 inches erect. Is not that wide and that is what I'm worried about. Will my penis get larger in width and if not who should I talk to. Also, I have masturbated and ejaculated fine. Is masturbating damaging my penis or preventing it from growing?

You are probably still in puberty and your penis tends to grow in thickness and width toward the end of puberty. It is considered one of the later stages in pubertal development. For more information and a question similar to yours, please see When Does The Penis Grow In Thickness?.
Masturbation is not going to damage your penis. In fact, it is a normal healthy activity. It does not cause any medical problems and it will not make your penis bigger or smaller.
