I have numerous bumps on the shaft of my penis. They are white and have a reddish tint to them. What could they be?

You should probably get these bumps checked out by a doctor for an exact diagnosis as TeenHealthFX cannot see these bumps nor make a diagnosis over the Internet. These bumps could be several things from ingrown hairs to an irritation to an STD or even a normal part of your anatomy. Penile and scrotal skin is not like other skin on your body. It often looks bumpy, lumpy and uneven, especially on the shaft.
If you are sexually active you should refrain from any sexual activity until you know what these bumps are. If you do not want to go to your own doctor you could be seen at a local teen health clinic or local Planned Parenthood. These agencies can see you without your parents consent and for little or no cost.
