When I see girls my penis goes up every time because of the ass and breast. What can I do?

Having sexual thoughts about someone you like is completely normal. Guys and girls both experience them. The progression from being attracted [to someone] to thinking of him/her sexually is both natural and healthy. These thoughts help us mature sexually and should not make you feel guilty. Thoughts are our own and do not harm anyone. They help us make decisions and cope with situations.
Now, erections can occur when someone is sexually aroused or sometimes for no reasons at all. Young men who are going through puberty often are at the mercy of their hormones and can get an erection sometimes in embarrassing situations. For a good example see TeenHealthFX's response to Erection While Showering. Erections can happen to a teenage boy anywhere and frequently. It is completely normal. As men get older these spontaneous erections become less frequent.
Remember that it is your actions that are most important. If you treat women (and men) with respect and care, you should have nothing to feel guilty about. Finally, if you do find someone special and you decide together that you are ready for sex, talk about it, and choose a reliable method of birth control and practice safer sex to protect yourselves against STDs and pregnancy.
