I am a 16 year old girl, and I haven't done much sexually with any guys yet, and I want to but I'm scared...What happens when a girl gets an orgasm? What should she do when she gets an orgasm?

TeenHealthFX wants to reassure you that you are not alone in being a little scared about starting to be sexual with guys. Simply put, an orgasm is the climax of sexual excitement. It is a reflex, usually accompanied by pleasurable feelings, that occurs when the body has had sufficient, effective sexual stimulation. It is the point when all built-up sexual tension peaks and is suddenly released in an involuntary reaction.

Not every girl acts the same when she climaxes and every person has different sensations. For example, a female can experience changes in breathing, a feeling of warmth, sweating, a desire to moan or cry out, or muscle contractions in the lower part of the vagina, uterus and anus.
