Masturbation and pleasing oneself sexually is completely normal for all people and does not cause any health problems, including acne.
Although masturbation is looked at negatively by some people, it is a healthy activity that most people, including teenagers do to release their sexual impulses and to pleasure themselves. There are many false myths about how masturbation can cause health problems, but as long as masturbating is not interfering with your life and it is done in a private situation when you are alone, it is part of having a healthy and satisfying life.
