A blowjob is the slang term for sexually stimulating a male's penis with your mouth or tongue. While you cannot get pregnant from this type of activity there is a risk of getting a sexually transmitted disease (STD). The danger occurs if the man ejaculates into his partner's mouth, and the person performing oral sex has bleeding gums or mouth sores. Oral sex without a condom is not safe because the fluid that comes out before ejaculation ("pre-cum") can contain HIV, hepatitis or other STD's. To reduce the risk, practice safer oral sex by always using a condom.
As to how you do it, you partner would probably be able to help you out more than TeenHealthFX. A loving partner should not be expecting you to know how to do everything and to do it "right." A loving partner should be patient and understanding and willing to communicate what does and does not feel right.
