Dear TeenHealthFX,
Is it normal when I masturbate to ejaculate with a white sort of gooey liquid? The first time I masturbated there was a lot of this liquid since I have done this about two weeks and now its just a little bit if this liquid?

What you are describing is completely normal. Semen, the stuff you produce when you ejaculate, is a whitish, creamy colored jell like substance.
Most males tend to ejaculate less than three tablespoons of semen during orgasm. If you ejaculate frequently the amount of fluid will be less. The biggest factor in quantity of semen is the period of time between ejaculations. If you ejaculate several times in a row then you might only produce a few drops at your last orgasm. If you wait a few days the amount of semen will go back up to its previous level.
