Dear How Do I Lose 50lbs?,

 

TeenHealthFX does not suggest that you set out to specifically lose 50lbs. What FX does suggest is seeing your doctor or a nutritionist to discuss a good, healthy eating plan for you. If your doctor or nutritionist thinks that you need to lose weight, he/she can help you do it by providing a plan to help you eat right and exercise. Everyone is different and it may not be 50lbs that you need to lose but rather to adapt a healthier lifestyle.

 

Eating healthy and exercising 3-5 times a week for at least one half hour is a great way to start getting your body into shape.
