Dear Is My Weight Normal?,

Only your body knows what weight is healthy for you. TeenHealthFX is concerned with how much importance you are placing on your weight at such an early age. Your body is still growing and developing so it is necessary for you to practice eating a healthy diet and exercise, without worrying too much about dieting and weight loss.

If you are very curious as to the facts about how much you weigh, you can go to Appropriate Height and Weight and figure out your Body Mass Index. There are also some helpful tips on Eating Healthy that you may want to look at. The most important thing for you is to not deprive yourself.

Dieting is not good and is unhealthy. If you do feel uncomfortable with yourself, feel free to talk to a counselor or doctor about your weight. They will be able to better determine what is normal for your age, height and build.

If you eat right and stay fit, your body will maintain an appropriate weight.
