Dear Am I Too big?,

With so many questions left unanswered such as your age, sex, eating habits and exercise plan, FX is unable to give you a good recommendation as to what your appropriate weight should be. Also, people differ in body make-up, bone composition, and genetic history; therefore, weight indexes are not always the best answer.

As a teenager, your body is still growing and dieting may not be a good idea. You need to discuss your concerns with a doctor or a school nurse. They can help you answer what your ideal weight is, what you should be eating and what type of exercise plan you should be following. In the meantime, you should always eat healthy and try to follow an exercise plan.
