The first thing you need to do is to determine if you actually need to get any thinner than you already are. Frequently young people put too much pressure on themselves to reach a weight that is not healthy.

If you still want to slim down, the best way to accomplish this is by eating healthy and getting regular exercise. You have probably have seen advertisements promising easy steps for the perfect figure. These claims often do not pan out and are not without risk. If you develop good eating and exercise habits now, they will be easier to maintain when you get older.
