Does Precum Have Sperm In It?
Both pre-ejaculatory and ejaculatory fluids contain sperm. In order for pregnancy to occur, the sperm found in these fluids needs to come into contact with the vagina, which generally occurs as a result of unprotected vaginal intercourse. Thus, if your boyfriend’s pre-ejaculatory fluid did not enter your vagina, TeenHealthFX cannot image that you are pregnant.
However, since FX cannot determine for certain whether or not you are pregnant, if you find that you are still worried, you can take a pregancy test. It is important to remember that pregnancy tests are most accurate when conducted after a missed period. You can purchase a test at your local drug store and conduct at home, and/or make an appointment with your doctor to have him/her conduct the test for a final, accurate result.

Teens who choose to be sexually active are generally recommended to use condoms as well as a back-up method of birth control, such as the pill or birth control shot.
