I Feel Like I Am Walking Underwater

Published: February 05, 2020
Dear TeenHealthFX,
I feel like I am walking underwater all the time, or like I'm some sort of high. It's never gone away and I can't recall how long I've felt this way because I have troubles remembering things older than a few days. Most of my memories are just blurry fragments but that's not really the problem. its kind of resulted in me not feeling like anything is real anymore. I mean I know everything is but I don't feel the meaning and emotion or can't relate to the feeling or emotion caused by people and places and everything else. It's like I can feel my emotions but I don't feel connected to them. Does that make me phsycotic?
