Is It Possible to Drink Too Much Water?
Believe it or not, it is possible to drink too much water! That amount of water that is considered "too much" depends on the persons age and weight. On average, drinking 8 glasses of water a day is the recommended amount. When a peson drinks way too much water, it can have a negative reaction on the body. For example, mild or small reactions, such as, clear urine, going to the bathroom constantly, or feeling even more thirsty can happen by drinking a moderarely more than the recommended amount. When you drink way too much, according to WebMD, it can lead to heart problems blood pressure drops, and hyponatemria. Hyponatemria is body losing all of its sodium (salt). Your body needs sodium to work properly and without it can cause many health problems.
