Dear Questions About Being Underweight,

TeenHealthFX recommends you speak with a medical health professional about gaining weight. It would be helpful for a doctor to know why your weight is low in terms of making recommendations of how to gain weight in a healthy way. As for the testosterone levels, since FX does not know why you want to increase your levels, it is also best to speak to your doctor about this in case there is a concern with your hormone levels that needs to be addressed by a medical professional.

If you don't have a doctor and live in northern New Jersey, you can call the Adolescent/Young Adult Center for Health at 973-971-5199 for an appointment with an adolescent medicine specialist or contact your local teen health center. You can also contact your insurance company for a list of in-network providers.
