  • Trying out a sport at school can help
  • Have a workout buddy 
  • Hold yourself accountable  
  • Only do what your body can handle (to avoid injuries)
  • Building muscle or having a good stamina while working out can take time. Be patient with yourself
  • Walking outside for at least 30 - 60 minutes every day can make a difference
  • Sometimes exercising is more than just for physical benefits. It can be for your mental wellness as well 
  • Eat your fruits and veggies
