Is the Period You Get On Birth Control a Real Period?
I've heard that the period you get while on birth control is not a real period. Does this mean if you get your period during birth control that doesn't confirm your not pregnant? I am asking because i feel sick and my head hurts and i thought i was pregnant but i got my period. does this mean I am not pregnant?
You stated that you utilize the birth control pill. When used properly, the pill is 99% effective. To increase effectiveness, it should be taken at the same time each day.Utilizing continuous birth control may cause your period to come about four times per year, with occasional spotting in between periods.
