Menstrual Blood is a Different Color
I'm scared. I take birth control and have for over a year and this has never happened before, I just recently got my period but the blood is pink. This worried me as ts never happened before and I googled it and it says I have low estroygen. I don't know what to think, please help

Since you are so concerned about this, the best thing to do would be to meet with a medical health professional who can conduct a physical and examination, make an accurate diagnosis, and provide any necessary treatment. It would be helpful to first contact the doctor prescribing you your birth control, but you could also contact your primary care physician, an adolescent medicine specialist or a gynecologist.

A Planned Parenthood health center is a good option if you have concerns about cost or confidentiality issues. You can also contact your insurance company for a list of in-network providers.
